A Life Of Choices

Creating Choices Is Being Part Of The Solution

How Moms Inspire Social Media Experience

I remember my Mom affirming “I am intelligent and hard working” when I didn’t believe it. She persisted, when it looked like I just overheard it. Then lightening struck, 3 months to go for the most critical test of my life. Preparations began and rightfully to the belief system infused by my Mom I worked hard, persisted and came out as a high achiever.

Now fast forward 11 years, I have built a belief system where I attract excellence in everything I do (Thanks to a lot of people, especially my Mom).  Seems like Social Media or rather twitter mania is the next big test in life.

Here is what grabs my attention about twitter:

8 Responses You Can Use Now

Answers are something we are always thinking about. Even when we ask questions it’s an answer to a question :) . Here is a compilation of responses I have used time and again with great success. All responses can also be used as affirmations throughout the day.

Trivia 1: At a restaurant “Would you like Chicken with bone without bone ?”

Response: When life challenges me I always rise up to the occasion.

Trivia 2: At checkout counter “How would you pay today? Cash or Credit!”

Response: I short circuit doubt in my life through bold and confident action.

Trivia 3: At hummer showroom “Do you look at miles per gallon or gallons per mile?”

Response: My results in life are linked to my expectations. I set high expectations and achieve amazing results.

Trivia 4: Filing Taxes “How much do we owe IRS this year?”

Response: My future is coming together precisely as I script it. I am scripting big.

Trivia 5: At leasing office “How many parking spots do you need?”

Response: I am proud of the progress I am making in my life.

Trivia 6: Night before a exam “How are preparations for Blood Test coming along?”

Response: I make mistakes in my life. It is part of being a human being. I forgive myself for them and I move on to bigger and better things.

Trivia 7: Having a haircut “What number should I use on your head? 2 or 3!”

Response: Today I keep my ego in check and I contribute to the teams success.

Trivia 8: At work “Are we ready for the presentation?”

Response: Today and every day I choose to live in peace and harmony with my surroundings.

What I have figured is “To a Question any response is good enough”.

Who Am I

Good Morning from Sunny California.

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself before I get things rolling on my blog.

I am Gaurav Bhargava, you can see my name everywhere on my blog :) and I have a story. Here we go:-

I am a regular guy who has a regular job in the Silicon Valley. Yeah, you guessed it right I have a big dream and lot of ambition. I think a lot of thoughts through out the day. Some last few seconds, some few minutes and some occupy me for hours sometimes even days. From some I run away.

At the end of the day, Family and Friends are what counts the most.

Why you should read my blog posts?

Six Reasons:

a. I am not here to preach

b. I need your comments and feedback

c. You need to know my Point Of View

d. I mean Business

c. I mean Fun

f. I am not perfect

You will notice some format issues with my posts mostly, which are not because I don’t know technoloy but are intentional. Just remember I am a Regular Guy with a Story to tell.
